Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PointBreak Business ("PointBreak", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using PointBreak, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the service
You may use PointBreak only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your connected services, and the activity performed through your use of the product.
2. Connected services
Certain features may require connecting third-party services such as Google. You decide whether to connect those services and which permissions to grant.
If you authorize Google access, PointBreak uses the approved scopes only to provide the specific connected functionality requested by you. For example, Google Calendar access may be used to import or create calendar events, and Gmail read-only access may be used to find recent email messages with document attachments, download selected attachments for local processing, and let you review extracted document details before saving them in the app.
PointBreak does not use Gmail access to send email, read unrelated mailbox content, or create business records automatically without your review and confirmation.
Your use of connected Google features is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to use with the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access methods.
- You are responsible for reviewing permissions granted to connected third-party services.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Availability and changes
PointBreak may evolve over time. Features may be updated, improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may also modify these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this site.
5. Privacy and data handling
Our handling of personal data, operational data, and Google-connected data is described in our Privacy Policy. Google-connected data is used only for the user-facing connected feature you choose to activate and only within the permissions you grant.
6. Third-party services
PointBreak may interoperate with third-party services, platforms, or APIs. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or policies. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PointBreak if required to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or enforce these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. PointBreak disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointBreak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
